Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rekkn.ai platform, website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Rekkn.ai, Inc. (“Rekkn.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Rekkn.ai immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Rekkn.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Marketplace Rules

Rekkn.ai operates as a marketplace connecting buyers, hosts, and brands. By using the Platform, all participants agree to the following:

• Buyers may browse listings, book showroom visits, and purchase products through tracked links. Visits are free unless otherwise indicated for premium consult experiences.
• Hosts must maintain approved spaces in presentation-ready condition, follow product setup instructions, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Brands must provide accurate product information, honor listed pricing, fulfill orders promptly, and maintain required insurance coverage.

All participants must treat one another with respect. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Payments & Commissions

Rekkn.ai operates on a commission-based model. When a sale is attributed to the showroom network:

• 10% of the sale price is paid to the host who facilitated the visit.
• 10% of the sale price is retained by Rekkn.ai as a platform fee.

Host payouts are processed weekly to the payout method on file. Rekkn.ai reserves the right to withhold payouts pending resolution of disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.

Brands are responsible for all applicable taxes on product sales. Hosts are responsible for reporting their own earnings for tax purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Rekkn.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

By uploading content to the Platform (including photos, descriptions, and reviews), you grant Rekkn.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekkn.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Rekkn.ai does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed products, the accuracy of listings, the ability of brands to fulfill orders, or the ability of hosts to provide a suitable showroom experience. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at hello@rekkn.ai. Rekkn.ai may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
