• Location data: Approximate location derived from IP address or, with your consent, precise location from your device to show nearby showrooms.
• Payment information: Payment and payout details processed through our third-party payment providers. Rekkn.ai does not store full credit card numbers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• Match buyers with nearby showrooms and relevant products.
• Process transactions, payouts, and commissions.
• Verify host identity and space eligibility.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not engage in third-party advertising or share data with ad networks.

• Other Platform participants: Limited information is shared between buyers and hosts to facilitate visits (e.g., first name and booking details).
• Service providers: Third-party providers who help us operate the Platform, including Supabase (authentication and database), payment processors, and shipping partners.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Rekkn.ai, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Platform functionality, authentication, and analytics. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.

Identity verification data is deleted within 90 days of successful verification or account closure.
