Host verification

Appointment protocols
- All visits are by appointment only — no walk-ins
- Check-in and check-out logging for every appointment
- Host buffers between appointments prevent overlap
- Confirmation reminders sent to both parties
- Cancellation windows and no-show tracking
- Post-visit reviews from both buyer and host
Address disclosure
- Public listings show approximate neighborhood only
- Exact address is released only after confirmed appointment
- Optional access codes or instructions after confirmation
- Host may require buyer verification before full address reveal
- Address information is never shared publicly or with unbooked users
Approved space types
Rekkn.ai only approves showroom spaces that provide clear separation from the host's private living area.
- Garages (clean, well-lit, weather-protected)
- Patios and covered outdoor areas
- Driveway setups for outdoor product demos
- Detached studios, ADUs, or converted outbuildings
- Enclosed outdoor structures (pergolas, sunrooms, screened porches)
Primary living rooms, bedrooms, and interior-only spaces are restricted in v1.
Brand compliance
- Certificate of insurance required for all brands
- Product liability coverage for defects and recalls
- Warranty disclosure and logistics responsibility
- Setup instructions and display requirements for hosts
- Indemnification for product-related claims
Privacy controls
- Host chooses exposure mode within approved rules
- Buyer contact details are masked until appointment confirmation
- No unauthorized sharing of personal information
- Data handling compliant with applicable privacy regulations
- Right to request data deletion
Buyer conduct
- Account verification required for booking certain categories
- Prohibited conduct list with enforcement consequences
- No minors unaccompanied for certain visit types
- Respectful interaction expectations for all parties
- Incident reporting available during and after visits
Dispute handling
- In-app incident reporting with severity classification
